Inventory management
Efficient logistics coordination and storage is critical for a successful mobilisation. PSM work together with the client and other service providers, such as third party logistics, offshore contractors and engineering support, to provide asset visibility and clear timelines.
PSM has in-house capability to provide the most appropriate and certified packaging for all sorts of assets. This is applicable to both onshore and offshore logistics.
PSM efficiently coordinates the loading and unloading of equipment and provides up to date packaging lists including weight and dimensions of assets. This ensure the planning and mapping of the vessel space is based on correct and accurate data.
Asset Tracking
Our system Asset Panda has been adapted to fulfil the requirements of offshore projects. It is capable of providing the status of mobilised assets as well as combining earmarked equipment into asset kits for easy overviews while storing certificates for easy access.
When an asset is mobilised, its status and location can be continuously updated in our system to enabling full track and trace of the asset. This status tracking shows the asset availability and minimises the guess work around planning other mobilisations.
