Preservation
- PSM provides engineered preservation for all types of equipment using proven methods, OEM recommendations and international standards.
- Our solutions are engineered to prevent corrosion and damage, maintaining asset value, integrity, and safety/process assurance.
Cataloguing
- Detailed digital records (certificates, documents, photos) increase efficiency of operations and save costs.
- All assets are QR coded for streamlined assurance.
Packaging
- PSM packaging protects assets during transport and preservation against damage and deterioration.
- Preservation and Transportation Pods (PTPs) are engineered crates with a WLL (Working Load Limit).
- PTPs are fabricated to the standards of the National Transport Commission (NTC), AS 1720.1 Timber Structures, and AS 2400.18 Desiccant in Packaging.
- Compliance with load requirements ensures adherence to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.
Tooling and Offshore Services
- PSM’s experienced team provides a reliable and efficient service for testing and flushing subsea equipment and tools.
- We ensure assets are operating correctly and are free from contaminants, preventing costly failures and downtime.
- Our comprehensive method statements include electrical testing, pressure testing, function testing, and flushing.
- This testing meets industry standards and Client-specific requirements, ensuring confidence in the equipment’s performance and longevity.
Mobilisation and Demobilisation
- Mob/Demob (Mobilisation/Demobilisation): Essential for the offshore environment to mitigate risk, enhance safety, and optimise costs.
- Mobilisation: PSM ensures assets are recorded, inspected, tested, certified, and delivered on time and in full.
- Demobilisation: Includes asset maintenance, preservation, and refurbishment to restore assets to a state of readiness.
- PSM provides detailed reports on the returned condition, including recommendations for future deployment.
Decommissioning
- PSM continuously improves methods for safe and efficient decommissioning activities.
- We specialise in deenergising, depressurising, and decontaminating assets.
- Core principles are repurpose, reduce, reuse, and recycle.
- The goal is to minimise environmental footprint and contribute to a circular economy.
